Cancellation policy & contact

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

Cancellations and No shows on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment amount.

As a business, late cancellations and no shows can have a huge impact and with short notice spaces cannot always be filled.
