Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the beauty treatments cost.

Cancellations and No shows on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment amount.

As a business, late cancellations and no shows can have a huge impact and with short notice spaces cannot always be filled.Especially with permanent makeup as this is a longer appointment.
